Lifelong Good Health
Every single one of us, from the moment of conception, until we take our last breath, go through life following a basic pattern of physical behaviors. When we are hungry, we eat. When we are thirsty, we drink. When we are tired, we sleep. And so on.
Our body functions with the ultimate goal of ensuring that it stays alive. To do so, it naturally requires optimal health since the more fit that we are, the better we are able to survive.
When faced with circumstances such as a poor diet, lack of exercise, and exposure to toxins, the body will continue to perform its many mechanisms but will do so by compensating with the best back-up health possible, sacrificing aspects of well-being such as our natural energy level.
In short, it is not any flaw in our inherent physiology that invites disease, makes us tired, and/or saps our strength but the choices we make in a society that is increasingly at odds with what is best for our health.
